VBA EVENTS ORGANISES A LARGE-SCALE EMPLOYEE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT FOR THE ENERGY SERVICE PROVIDER
After months of anticipation, 37 teams were virtually burning to put their sporting skills to the test at the football tournament of the ista Employee Party. VBA Events had organised the party with the tournament and also implemented two parallel evening events at the client's request. This way, the enthusiastic ista employees could celebrate after the tournament until late into the night in a discotheque that had been especially rented.

Challenges:
- Exclusive rental of a sports venue with the necessary size and availability during the football season on a Saturday
- Organisation of the entire football tournament for 37 teams
- 2 evening events for 1,000 people in one location, with one of them entirely on a self-payment basis
VBA realisation:
- Privatisation of the “neuraum” discotheque for the opening evening
- Organisation of the entire setup, the necessary infrastructure and all involved services for a sporty competition on the green grass in the middle of Munich near to the company premises
- Closing party in the exclusively rented Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus with three areas
- Registration homepage with constantly updated information, already activated four months prior to the event
Result:
- Anticipation already prior to the event through constant information on the much-used logon homepage
- Sporting top-performances on the grass with the winners from the city of the current German football champion
- Spectacular closing party with live music by the Cagey Strings and “Feierbiest” – DJ Bernhard Fleischmann
- Frolic on the dance floor until late into the night
- Motivation with all teams to now already start training for the next year
