- Start-of-year conference with a gala dinner for strengthening the “we feeling”
Implementation/presentation of the motto, “One Business – One 'Company' - Our Future” during the conference, as well as for the dinner
Diversified conference with many groups and plenary events
VBA realisation:
- Selection of an ideal conference hotel and development of a cleverly-devised timetable
- Online registration for two events separately: conference and dinner
- Complex research for the dinner location with the selection of the Postpalast Munich as the suitable location
- Equipment and show concept with various highlights, e.g. a "floating buffet” for the appetisers and desserts
- Diversified show programme in several sections, in terms of timing and spac
Result:
- Exact adherence to the ambitious, detailed timetable for the complex conference and dinner
- Satisfied, highly-motivated conference participants
- Beaming faces among the dinner guests, who enjoyed the ambience and excellent catering, as well as the brilliant programme
- Excellent band, which was only allowed to leave the stage after an extension and several encores
- Departure of the last bus around 2:00 a.m. instead of at 1:00 a.m., as originally planned
