Concept
We found the ideal location at Forggensee bei Füssen and we booked a conference centre with 130 meters of lakeside promenade for our exclusive use. In keeping with the conference theme of where the great ship that is the company is going, in the team event, the participants are let loose on the water. 24 teams are challenged to build floating rafts and then connect them to build a single mega raft. Team spirit ahoy! That’s how you get a sense of belonging afloat among 350 colleagues.
Result
Immediately after the meeting in the festival hall, every participant gets stuck in to the float building. After a fast race with beaming victors, all rafts are connected to form a mega raft – an imposing image arises at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle. The joint success is celebrated with water activities such as Aqua Ball, and stand-up paddling. As the highlight of the fun, the Blob catapults guest into the lake. After the award ceremony for the race winners, complete with champagne shower and confetti that was quickly moved from the beer garden to the inn due to rain, guests were able to relax and enjoy the evening with a breathtaking view of the mountains, including royal palaces.
