Task

As the pioneer of pool water care presents its new corporate design, the company also wants to refresh their contacts with their top international customers in a personal way. 350 guests from BAYROL are expected at Wiesnzeit in Munich. The all-day event requires top-level coordination: the entire programme must be implemented for four customer groups in four languages.

Concept

Within the budget, we implement a whole pool of event measures, always in four languages, and with personal contacts available. Appealing activities such as a trip to Lake Starnberg, dragon boat races, and a visit to the Pinakothek der Moderne art museum make up a flexible, attractive program. A stylish gala evening at the Wappenhalle follows the highlight – a marquee visit at Munich’s Oktoberfest with all 350 guests.

Result

From the pick-up at the airport to departure, guests are constantly extremely well looked after. Accommodation in a central hotel and the joint activities bring the guests together as a community for the event highlight in the evening: The CD relaunch, implemented in four languages at the same time, achieves the desired wow effect. Highly satisfied, not least with the precise observance of the budget, BAYROL’s CEO said goodbye to VBA Events with the words: „Until the next Event next Year!“
