PAINT DEALERS SPENT FIVE WEEKS IN MUNICH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
For around 1,000 paint dealers and their Indian partners, VBA Events organised a five-week Bavarian programme. The Löwenbräukeller was included, as well as the Zugspitze and Chiemsee Lake, in addition to other popular and well-known locations in and around Munich. VBA put the entire organisation together within only three months and performed such good work that the clients, as well as the Indian partner agencies, exclusively have words of praise.
Target group: 1,000 paint dealers and their Indian partners
Venue: Löwenbräukeller Munich, Zugspitze, Chiemsee Lake, Ballsaal Park and City Hilton
Challenges:
- High demands from a foreign agency and an unknown cultural group with a long decision-making process
- Difficult communication between Germany, the Indian agency and a very demanding client
- Numerous services that needed to be looked after and carried out by different companies
- Extremely short lead time (only three months) for an enormously large group
