VBA EVENTS ENSURES FULL ORDER BOOKS AT KODAK

A prize of more than EUR 100,000 enticed interested safe crackers to the Puro Sky Lounge in Berlin. High above the rooftops of Berlin, but nevertheless within touching distance of the IFA, VBA Events organised an innovative product presentation for Kodak. With chilled drinks, excellent food and enthralling entertainment, Kodak’s top clients were completely thrilled. The advertised safe competition provided particular excitement and appeal.

• Product presentations outside of the IFA instead of a trade fair presence
• Conceptualisation of an attractive evening programme with appeal, in order to gain the planned number of clients for the events
• Many attractive competitive events in Berlin within the context of the IFA

VBA realisation:

• Event in the Puro Sky Lounge, the top location above the rooftops of Berlin, in conjunction with an attractive competition, fantastic entertainment, cool drinks and extremely delicious food
• Development of an event motto and key visuals for the invitation and printed media under the motto, “SMILE in Berlin”
• Safe competition, where the clients could win an order for the new printer generations with a value of more than EUR 100,000
• Close-up magician, who presented unbelievable tricks before the guests' eyes, causing gaping mouths and enthusiasm
• One-of-a-kinds from our sketch artist, which were sent from the iPad via Cloud to the printer

Result:

• High participation rates, which exceeded the expectations of KODAK
• Extremely satisfied and smiling clients in a relaxed atmosphere
• Numerous conversations until late into the night, inter alia, at the MTV Hauptstadt-Club with numerous celebrities, to which the KODAK clients received exclusive access
